Homemade Chocolate Classes in July

I will be conducting homemade chocolate classes in July, schedule as follows:

1. Sunday, 12th July 2009
- Session 1 @ 10.00 am
- Session 2 @ 2.30 pm

2. Sunday, 19th July 2009 @ 10.00 am

3. Saturday, 25th July 2009 @10.00 am

4. Sunday, 26th July 2009 @10.00 am

Fee: RM250 per person.

New recipe: Durian Ganache will be taught in these classes.
